Tedd Heilmann
General Manager, Organic Prairie Family of Farms 

Tedd Heilmann is the General Manager of the Organic Meat Company, which markets their certified organic beef, pork, chicken, and turkey products under the Organic Prairie brand. The Organic Meat Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of CROPP Cooperative which also markets products under the Organic Valley brand. Mr. Heilmann has worked for CROPP since 1999, most recently as the Farm Pool Director for the Juice, Eggs, Meat, Produce, and Soy Programs.

Mr. Heilmann has a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin and has worked in the organic industry for over 15 years. He has successfully worked with a diverse group of organic farmers from across the United States, Canada, and South America. He brings this passion for supporting family farms to his role as General Manager of the Organic Meat Company, where he will work to provide these farmers with a sustainable living.
